Surely it won’t be after 66 hours like the lady Meliadoul said after implanting an artificial heart. Mashle: Magic and Muscles Chapter 148 titled “Mash Burndead And The Door’s Demand” saw Lady Meliadoul working on healing Mash as soon as he arrived and takes out an artificial heart from a box and shoves it right inside Mash. She notes that this heart has a high rejection rate and even though this heart does accept Mash’s body, in order to get him back to walk will take a complete rest of 66.6 hours.
But the other notes that Innocent Zero surely won’t wait that long but Meliadoul mentions that there is no other way. Speaking of Innocent Zero, the villain arrives at the location and attacks saying that he is here to destroy Mash. But Lady stops his attack saying that until Mash is healed, he is in her care.
Meanwhile, we see that Mash wakes up someplace and an angel-like entity tells him that he is dead and that in order to go back he must give up his closest possession. Mash gives one of his sweets which is one of the things he cherishes most, however, the entity says that thing that Mash cherishes most is his bonds and he must give them up for a temporary life but Mash says no.
