Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete Chapter 52 will be a fun read, though, it won’t be fun for the characters. The dark comedy take on the magical girl genre can only be described in one way, it is one of a kind. The story had a shift of focus in the last chapter, and it was the type that this series does often.
While we will be looking forward to it, let’s talk about the events of the story so far. The main character of the story is Hiragi Utena, a high school girl that greatly admires magical girls and becomes one. And when the opportunity arrives, she took the chance to become one herself, except she was tricked by a member of an evil organization.
Hiragi then gains dark powers that put her against the forces of magical girls, but her heart hadn’t given in. Though, due to her position, she gets to see the girl from a new perspective and learn new things. Which led her to appreciate them more while also motivating her to become stronger to see more of their great side.

Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete Chapter 51 started with two groups coming together and talking about normal things. And then one of them asked how to become La Verita, a subject that made Magenta feel like an outsider. Speaking of outsiders, we didn’t get to see Hiragi much in the last chapter, as she had her things to deal with.
The group soon realized that Magenta needed consolation and tried to cheer her up saying she could reach that stage too. Magenta is overjoyed to learn that her friends trust her a lot, and this makes everyone else happy. Seeing Magenta smile is one of the innocent things that they divulge, but that changed later.
One of the evil groups came and took on the assembled Magia by sending their minions to them and creating havoc. The girls were ready to take on the evil magical girls but their minions were something that they couldn’t handle. As this series has shown, Magical girls are weak to octopus-like creatures but then came despair when Magenta transformed into La Vertia.

Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete Chapter 52 will have everyone, bad and good magical girls, shrieking as they are at the mercy of Magenta. Magenta is the most harmless of the characters due to her status of being a healer, but we don’t see how she feels about it. We do know that she does her best to deal with the situation that is thrown at her, and now we know how she deals with stress.
Magenta’s final form (not really but it has a nice ring to it) is that of a nurse with a gigantic syringe. It was unexpected but not something anyone would dismiss, as it falls in line with the comedy that series is known for. Moreover, it will be a rollercoaster for the other characters as they deal with this revelation, they will have time to accept it later, but first, they have to deal with her.
