I’m a Spider, so What? or Kumo Desu ga, Nani Ka? is a lighthearted novel about a girl who is reborn on another planet as a spider monster. It was written by Okina Baba and drawn by Tsukasa Kiryu. Will the secret of her reincarnation be revealed as she tries to live on this new planet as the weakest monster?
The light novel is released by Yen Press in English and Kadokawa Shoten in Japanese. Shsetsuka ni Nar is the publisher of the manga. Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? Chapter 62 release date is what we will talk about.
The start of one narrative is also the conclusion of another. A spatial gap appears in a Japanese high school classroom as a result of the ultimate conflict between a Hero and a Demon Lord in another world.
All of the pupils and their instructor are killed in the blast, and they are all sent to another planet along with all of their memories but no explanations for why or how. The latest updates of So I’m a Spider, So What? is outlined below.
About Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka?
I’m a Spider, so What? Baba Okina is the author of the Web Serial Novel series (Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?). In a parallel universe, a powerful hero and a demon king perform a destructive spell as their last deed. This power quickly kills everyone within a Japanese high school classroom by tearing across dimensions.
However, individuals present discover themselves reborn into the parallel universe rather than continuing to be dead. In a twist on the typical Isekai tale, our lead is a quiet, lonely girl who is reborn as a spider rather than the next Chosen One.
The lowest level spider monster Mook that you would kill in a beginner RPG cave, not a Cute Monster Girl spider. She must now use all of her cunning to survive in the most deadly maze.
The series has been converted into a Light Novel and Manga, both of which were licensed by Yen Press and are told exclusively from Kumoko’s perspective, as well as an Anime Adaptation by Millepensee Inc. that debuted on January 8, 2021.
Contains a manga series called So I’m a Spider, So What? Everyday Existence of the Four Spider Sisters is a novel in which the protagonist creates four literal split personas that later acquire autonomous bodies.
Kumo-Chan, The Protagonist
The design of the Kumo-character chan’s is excellent. The cheesy humor contrasted with the blood and gloom of the setting is actually rather enjoyable. There are certain well-written mechanisms, such as multitasking with numerous identities, that are evocative of the GITS tachikoma.
The character, however, doesn’t truly develop at all because of how badly time is handled in the narrative, as has already been observed. This sometimes results in terrible repetition, but it’s also a “feature” of the genre. Along with the protagonist’s plot, her classmates, who have also immigrated, receive a lot of screen time.
There are also some shady love triangles that seem to have no resolution involving some of these students, who are given more weight than others. You truly want Kumo-chan to be back in the narrative.
Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? Story We Know So Far
Shiraori and company learn of a ravaging Ogre that is obstructing the northern route while traveling there. Due to her total loss of strength, Shiraori herself is still dissatisfied, but she is encouraged by everyone else. They remain in the village for a few days as a group of explorers, and the local troops get ready to kill the ogre.
With the loss of many lives, they are able to drive it away. Everyone was taken aback by the ogre’s extensive use of unusual magic weapons and fighting techniques, including blades that exploded and served as electric conduits. Even Nyoduz, one of the strongest warriors in the Renxnadt Empire, was no match for it.
The ogre leaves when the troop fails to slay it. The ogre was known as the “Sword Demon” because of its brutal fighting style and propensity for using magic swords.
After murdering a party of elves who were waiting in ambush for another group to come through, the Ogre himself has transformed into a unique monster species known as the Oni in the village where it first appeared. Sasajima Kyouya, a reborn student, has a human-like impression.
He uses the Naming Skill to give himself the name “Wrath” and regrets the anger and violence in his heart but chooses to continue. Sadly for him, as he travels north, he starts to lose himself to the Sin Skill of Wrath, which has already started to erode his capacity for reason. He has completely got no sense of reasoning by the time he meets Ice Dragon Nia.
