Kill Heel Episode 9 Release Date: Bae Ok Sun Steadily Carries Out Her Revenge Plan

This week’s Kill Heel saw Ki Mo Ran getting tired of Woo Hyun’s incessant demands and trying to sabotage whatever bond is left between Woo Hyun and her husband Kim Do Il. Her master plan was to send a package to Woo Hyun’s house during the late hours when Woo Hyun wasn’t home, and the package contained suggestive photos of Woo Hyun and UNI Homeshopping’s CEO Lee Hyun Wook looking cozy entering the premises of the hotel.

Now, in Kill Heel episode 9, viewers will witness Kim Do Il having a violent showdown with Lee Hyun Wook. Viewers know that nothing happened between the two in the hotel except Hyun Wook gifting Woo Hyun with a pair of heels, but seeing how Woo Hyun got so many chances to shine at her workplace made Do Il put two and two together.

Meanwhile, we have Bae Ok Sun pulling the thread that is unraveling Ki Mo Ran’s life bit by bit. Bae Ok Sun is helping Woo Hyun with the recent mess in her cosmetic line marketing, but she subtly warns her that she is not helping her out for free, and will collect her dues later on. In the recap, we will let you know how Ok Sun is slowly going to turn the CEO Lee Hyun Wook against Ki Mo Ran. We see Bae Ok Sun accidentally cutting her finger with a knife while cooking and fantasizing about strangling Ki Mo Ran. With such symbolism of premonition that Ok Sun is hurting herself while carrying on her mission of taking revenge against Ki Mo Ran and her cheating husband, viewers can’t help but wish that the Kill Heel episode 9 release date was closer than it is.

Finally, viewers get a backstory as to how Ki Mo Ran, Bae Ok Sun, and her husband Choi In Kook are related to each other. We find out that thirty years ago, Ki Mo Ran was a “superstar tutor” and Ok Sun was her fan. They also knew In Kook back then, and Ok Sun had a crush on him. Meanwhile, in the present, Ok Sun arranges dinner with all three of them and her son in a restaurant. Leaving behind a recording device to see what Ki Mo Ran and Choi In Kook talk about when she is not around, Ok Sun finds out her husband telling Mo Ran to stop ignoring his calls, and Ki Mo Ran retaliates by saying they need to stay as distant as they are now.

Meanwhile, we see in a flashback how a distressed Ki Mo Ran came knocking on Ok Sun’s door the day Hae Soo died. Ok Sun finds Hae Soo’s engagement ring on Ki Mo Ran and keeps it with her until now, as she calls the CEO and gives it back to him. This, of course, confuses and angers Hyun Wook as to why Mo Ran had the ring he gave to Hae Soo with him. We will find out about his confrontation on Kill Heel episode 9.

Meanwhile, after getting his hands on the incriminating set of photos of Woo Hyun and Hyun Wook, Woo Hyun’s husband Do Il left their daughter in the care of his mother, and donning a head-to-toe black outfit, ran away from home and transformed into a full-on stalker of Woo Hyun.

Kill Heel Episode 9 Release Date & Episode Preview

Kill Heel Episode 9 will release on 6th April 2022 (Wednesday) at 10:30 PM KST on tvN. For other time zones, it’s 7 PM IST, 11:30 PM AEST, and 8:30 AM EST.

Kill Heel Episode 8 ends with Woo Hyun kneeling for forgiveness in front of Ki Mo Ran, who gets informed that the CEO Lee Hyun Wook is fast arriving at her office to confront her. The viewers already know that the CEO is going to ask her about how she got Hae Soo’s engagement ring on her, but what will happen to Ki Mo Ran when this bomb drops on her? Well, in the preview released for Episode 9, we see that Woo Hyun’s husband is going to get in a physical brawl with CEO Lee Hyun Wook (and gets beaten by Hyun Wook in turn) in the parking lot. Do Il also desperately asks Woo Hyun, “isn’t it cheating if you fell for him?”

 Meanwhile, Hyun Wook is seen furiously shouting at Ki Mo Ran and confronting her about why she met Hae Soo the day she died. Mo Ran also accidentally runs into his alleged son James (who isn’t supposed to be in South Korea according to the story he and Bae Ok Sun are feeding her). Additionally, we see the CEO’s wife Shin Ae say “I think he is up to something, but I can always take it back later…”
