The story of Kengan Omega, follows the story of Narushima Koga who surfs through the Deep Web to find the Yamashita Trading Co., a small organization which has not recorded any activities. Wishing to enter the Kengan matches because he is able in karate, he meets the CEO of Yamashita Trading, an old man named Yamashita Kazuo.
He takes him to the underground Kengan matches to show him the power gap between Koga and the others. However, Koga does not wish to back out after coming this far so Kazuo offers to make him his fighting apprentice while he learns more about martial arts and the Kengan matches.
He meets Gaoh Ryuki, who has the spitting image of Ohma Tokita, a competitor in the Kengan matches. With a massive showdown occurring between the Kengan Association and the Purgatory, another underground martial-arts fighting organization, Kengan Omega shows Koga’s growth as a martial artist and whether he is strong enough to participate in the Kengan matches.

Chapter 207 of Kengan Omega titled as the ‘Seven Nikos’ shows the seven Nikos who took the name of Tokita Niko. Each of them call each other by a number. Koga is surprised to know that they go by the same name.
Gaoh Mukaku, their master or as said by them, father has a motive of making them run wild and make the name famous. Their villainy will be known all over the world. The ‘Inside’ as stated by him is an artificial zone characterized by lawlessness which was created by the malicious society called the worm.
The worm’s territory is an artificial Gu chamber. By taking the advantage of the societal upheaval during the downfall of the Shogunate, they brought the remaining soldiers together and incited them to kill each other. Mukaku sent all the Nikos over the ‘inside’ which paid off as a successful mission and everyone came to know about the legendary Tokita.
All the seven boys have developed their own unique skill in martial arts. Out of them, seven has the most talent and could easily be number 1 in terms of latent ability. A social hierarchy had been developed among the seven.
Realizing it was time, Mukaku told them that they will all go to the Gakigahara Forest to complete the incomplete Niko style. He would teach them the secret technique there. However, little did he know that there was a devil hidden among the seven.
