Kanan-Sama Is Easy As Hell! Chapter 55 Recap

The chapter starts with everyone enjoying the hot spring. When Kyougi goes to change clothes, he meets Kanan on the way. Kyougi asks Kanan how he did he returned. Kanan tells him he took a pretty hard hit to the head and that he doesn’t remember anything. She tells him to forget about it and to enjoy it while he can.

When they parted ways, Kyougi entered his room and saw Father having trouble unzipping. Father asks Kyougi to help him unzip his dress, as his hands can’t reach it. When Kyougi unzips him, a boy comes if the costume. Kyougi was shocked to see that Father was a kid.

Later both go to the hot spring to take a bath. When they were relaxing in the hot spring, Father asked Kyougi if he wasn’t curious about the costume, but Kyougi was busy relaxing. Father brags that he shouldn’t even show this body to the likes of him and tells him to be grateful.

Father asks Kyougi if he working hard collecting all those stamps, and Kyougi says he is doing his best. He tells Kyougi it’s good to hear that he’s enjoying himself in his little game of pretending to be lovers. Kyougi asks him what he means by pretend. So Father tells him that he and Kanan are in a bond lover’s pact, so he can’t say he’s in a relationship.

After thinking about it, Kyougi realizes that Kanan has never once said she liked him in particular before, so he doesn’t know. Father makes him feel even more depressed by telling him a demon and a human could never be in a serious relationship, but it was the first time Kanan had ever brought a boy home, and he was surprised by that.

However, Kyougi thinks of the positive side that he was Kanan’s first man, and he tells Father his hyped for the day she finally says she like him. And this starts a fight between Kanan. Kanan’s father tells him that Kanan told him she liked him since she was a child, and Kyougi replies to him that family member doesn’t count.

Both start to fight over her and tell each other what they like about Kanan. Kanan was hearing all that as she was on the opposite side of their hot spring. She feels embarrassed and breaks the divider.
