She emphasized her reluctance to have more children, stating, “I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother.” Looking ahead, Sofia mentioned that any future love interest must come with their children, acknowledging the natural course of life.
The couple’s divorce, initially kept private, was confirmed in July 2023, with a joint statement asking for privacy during this transition. Some sources revealed that Sofia and Manganiello were no longer aligned in their relationship, with differing preferences on how they spent their time.
Since the divorce, Manganiello has moved on with Caitlin O’Connor, and they made their red carpet-debut in December 2023. Despite their separation, a source described them as easygoing and working well together. Marriage is not ruled out for Manganiello, who has a desire for children in the future.
