Kafka will be letting go of his restraint and letting the beat out in Kaiju No. 8 Chapter 110. Kafka and Ashiro had been giving their best in the last chapter but the enemy in front of them posed too great of a threat. For the monster in front of them is something they can’t hope to best easily.
The story’s premise is based on the promise between Kafka and, Ashiro, the promise to reach the top and get rid of Kaijus. Kafka had a slow start but he finally stands next to his friend and fights side by side with her. However, the enemy they face is an amalgamation of Kaiju no 2 and 9, giving it multiple abilities.
The diverse skill set of the amalgamation makes things complicated for them but the teamwork of the childhood friends promised victory. The two were able to push back the combined Kaiju with ease in the opening fight, which made everyone at the base relieved. However, the tables were turned so soon and violently that the hope was lost just as it had been found.
Ashiro realized what was going on and told Kafka to take caution and Kaiju had more techniques up his sleeve. Kafka realized that it wouldn’t be easy if they put themselves on the defensive with every move that the monster made. And in his final bid, he used the trump card he had been hiding all this time, he let the monster take over.
