Thanks to the plan laid out by Yoosung, there seems to be no way out for Yeongbeom from this situation, and so we await the new chapters to witness one more of the bullies going down for good. Juvenile Offender Chapter 12 “A Dangerous Choice”: Recap
The chapter starts with a little flashback. Yeongbeom gifts an automatic diffuser to his teacher, and she thanks him for it without knowing the evil intent hiding behind that small gift. At present, the teacher looks at the automatic diffuser with a disgusted face as she remembers what Yoosung told her. According to him, there’s a surveillance camera hidden inside the diffuser meant to monitor every movement of the teacher, as Yeongbeom wanted to know everything about her.
The teacher asks Yoosung if she should report this to the police, but he refuses as he knows that Yeongbeom is a great manipulator who would make it seem as though the victim is the real perpetrator. Yoosung asks the teacher to leave the matter in his hands. The focus shifts to Changsoo, Yoosung, and Yeongbeom discussing the news on the school bulletin to try and figure out who did it. Changsoo suggests that they find the person no matter who they are and just beat them up, as he believes that threatening is the only way to find a culprit.
Yoosung sighs and calls Changsoo an idiot as he would only make the situation worse by beating people. Youngsoo tells Yeongbeom that they can track down the IP of the person that posted the bulletin, and then he hands over a paper with the address and news of the said person. Youngsoo says that he took measures as soon as he heard the news, so he already knows that a high schooler is currently living at that address. Youngsoo orders Changsoo to go out and take care of things, and Yeongbeom agrees with him. Changsoo sets out all fired up to kill whoever is involved.
The next day, Yeongbeom visits the teacher’s office, and she calls him for some help. He enters her room and notices that the automatic diffuser is missing. Trying to stay calm in this panic situation, Yeongbeom asks the teacher what happened to the diffuser, and so she replies that the principal took it away for environmental sanitation. Yeongbeom is a person who has always been careful about his sex-related business as he knows how dangerous the Korean laws are against it, so he always plans out an escape route beforehand. But things are different this time, as Youngsoo has blocked out his escape route.
Yeongbeom finds out that the diffuser has been placed in a bathroom, which means that if someone sees the hidden camera, then he will become a criminal. He goes to the bathroom but turns away when some teachers see him. Yeongbeom soon finds himself in a deadlock with no way out, and so he risks it all by going inside the bathroom. Yeongbeom’s world comes crashing down when he finds out that the diffuser placed in the women’s restroom is not the one he bought. He still doesn’t realize he has fallen right into the trap laid by Youngsoo.
