For his 30th birthday on Friday, the pop sensation was honored with the revealing of a new wax figure by Madame Tussauds.
Displayed at the museum’s Hollywood, California, location, the life-size Bieber statue meticulously mirrors the musician’s real-life features. It boasts his distinctive neck tattoos and even dons the exact puffer jacket and outfit seen in his 2021 “Peaches” music video.
“Justin Bieber’s 30th birthday candles aren’t the only thing wax here,” the tourist attraction wrote on Instagram on Friday. “Bieber’s brand new wax figure has taken the stage at Madame Tussauds Hollywood! Send JB your birthday wishes below!”
In celebration, Madame Tussauds hosted a birthday bash for both the genuine Justin Bieber and his wax counterpart, inviting fans to enjoy treats, take selfies, and groove to music in Hollywood, marking the arrival of the newest exhibit at the museum.
The latest wax figure is just one of numerous tributes Madame Tussauds has crafted for Bieber over the years.
Per the museum’s website, various wax replicas of the pop icon have graced its museums worldwide, spanning cities like Las Vegas, New York, and London.
Introduced in 2011, Bieber’s initial wax figure showcased his iconic floppy hair and sported an outfit reflective of that era. According to Billboard, crafting the figure required almost four months of meticulous work.
As Bieber marked his 30th birthday, his loved ones took to social media to shower him with affectionate posts.
Hailey Bieber, his wife, celebrated the occasion on Instagram, sharing a series of photos featuring the couple and nostalgic throwbacks of a young Justin.
“30!!!!!!!????!!????!!! that was fast,” Hailey, 27, wrote in the caption. “Words could never truly describe the beauty of who you are. Happy Birthday to you… love of my life, for life.”
Alongside his 30th birthday milestone, Justin Bieber made a triumphant return to the stage with his first solo set in over a year at Drake’s History Club in Toronto last month, preceding the 2024 NHL All-Star Weekend.
His performance included crowd favorites like his remix of SZA’s “Snooze,” hits from his My World 2.0 era such as “Eenie Meenie” and “Baby,” as well as more recent chart-toppers like “Peaches,” “Hold On,” and “Ghost.”
