This is why I like Gege is showing us the perspective of the students watching this fight, and I guess they are trying to grab the intel on Sukuna’s abilities and strength, which I believe is the plan of why they are making Gojo fights Sukuna in the beginning, and with this, they were not just throwing him in there and saying good luck Gojo!

Later in the chapter, we see Angel saying that the main drawback to Domain Amplification is that you can not simultaneously use your own Innate Technique, and even Sukuna is no exception to that rule.

Along with that, Yuuji wonders if the Domain Sure Hit Effect negate Gojo’s technique in the first place because he told Yuuji by himself this thing when they were in the cursed spirit domain.
