As of September 2022, the series has been collected into 102 tankobon volumes. Because of some legal issues with the name Detective Conan, the English releases from Funimation and Viz were called Case Closed.
The anime Case Closed is made by Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation and TMS Entertainment. It premiered on January 8, 1996, and has aired over 1000 episodes in Japan. That makes it the fifteenth longest anime series up to now.
