Talking more about Roseanne’s character comeback, the hint goes by the one who had a minor role. No. It’s not Roseanne Barr. Then, which Roseanne character is making a return to The Conners 2023? Well, it’s Bobo. He is the one with whom Dan fought on his birthday. Remember? To be more particular about it, Bobo appeared in Roseanne Season 1 Episode 9. It is titled- “Dan’s Birthday Bash.” After that, Bobo didn’t make a comeback until now.
So, when will Bobo make his comeback? He will return in The Conners Season 5 Episode 11. It is titled- “Two More Years and a Stolen Rose.” Talking about his first appearance, we saw him hogging the pool table at the Lobo Lounge. After he fought with Dan, Roseanne made her husband remember the promise he made to her earlier. He would never fight. Dan kept his promise and that highlighted his relationship with Roseanne. However, at the end of the episode, Dan punched Bobo. Still, the former was positive about it.
Now, having so many cast members having minor roles, why did the producers decide to bring back Bobo in The Conners 2023? Why not anyone else? As mentioned already, Bobo was not the leading one but a supportive one, in the series, for sure. So, people didn’t expect him to be Roseanne’s character. It’s tough! Because of this, some fans have been assuming that William H Macy will also be making a return as Roseanne’s high school suitor.
Not to forget to mention, the person behind Bobo has been Eric Allan Kramer. Talking about the actor, he is majorly known for True Romance and Robin Hood: Men in Tights. Have not you watched his 1988 film, The Incredible Hulk Returns? He portrayed Thor. Born in 1962, Eric Allan Kramer is now 60 years old. But, who would say that? No one! He is still doing his best and we are sure that he would be making his Bobo appearance, as best as in the old days, in Roseanne.
Coming back to Roseanne Barr’s return in The Conners, how would that be even possible? The assumption was too vague. Why? Well, if you missed out, Roseanne was killed in the series. Despite being the leading one, she was written off by showing that she passed away after an opioid overdose.
