IDOLiSH7 Season 3 Episode 17 is set to release this weekend. The Japanese rhythm game idolish7 was initially launched in Japan in August 2015, and it is currently available on Android and iOS platforms. The music was composed by Lantis. For Idolish7, Troyca has adapted a manga and published a novelization. The anime aired a second season from April to December 2020.
A third season will air in July, and Regality will become the first album to top the Oricon Album Chart week after week credited to a male character group. A new idol group named ZOOL makes its debut, but they are not impressed with the other idols.
Kujo starts defaming Gaku and Ryu to fulfill his goal of nurturing an idol who will surpass the missing zero. Meanwhile, a new idol group named ZOOL makes its debut. In addition, the manager of ZOOL, Ryo Tsukumo, appears to be plotting evil against the band. This is especially true since more information about Haruki Sakura, Zero’s lyricist, has surfaced over the past few months.
IDOLiSH7 Season 3 Episode 17 Review
The episode was a blast, with a heavy emphasis on Trigger this time, with I7 playing more of a supporting role. Nonetheless, we begin off right where we left off, with Yaotome’s dad handing them the lads’ dismissal papers. At first sight, it looks like severing relations with Trigger is a question of lowering his company’s workload. It appears he chose the optimal path instead of simply handing them over to Ryo or going down with them as the other option. As a result, he has had a little more freedom than he had before.
He also appears to have changed his relationship with Trigger as well. It seems he had no respect for them at first, but now he seems to be proud of their success and seems to respect them as a cog in his machine. Since they seemed to be seeing eye-to-eye just recently, it is sad that they will have to part ways like this. When both parties can get their messes settled, Trigger wants to make their name for themselves so that they can come back with their heads held high after making a name for themselves again. Ryo absolves Yaotome father of all the “scandals” by ending their contracts with Yaotome Productions.
I lost it when Yaotome’s daddy insulted Ryo in Ryu’s dialect, then smiled nicely as if he hadn’t just threatened to ruin Ryo later. Even though he initially looked down at Ryu’s dialect, the fact that he specifically used it made this moment heartwarming actually. Because it shows that he respects Ryu, even though he has roots that people might ridicule. Whenever Tenn shows more of his vulnerable side, it makes me like him as a character because it shows more of his likable character. Speaking of likable characters, this is when he shows the thing he thought people would make fun of. We already know that Trigger has put in long hours to become a success.
We know ZOOL is smug because they feel like they have won. They were provided with a lot by their agency, but their drive and dedication to their jobs were ultimately what allowed them to become so popular. The whole story of Toma’s group’s failure is not known to us, but Gaku was right in pointing out that he shouldn’t blame his opponents for his loss, and that he needs to think about what went wrong to get better. When he was looking for camaraderie with his unit members, I couldn’t help but feel bad for him, since most of the others saw this as a job. In light of Trigger starting from scratch (no pun intended), Toma may have to eat his word regarding how they will most likely rise back up without the agency supporting them.
Even though this episode had a lot of character introspection, Trigger stole the show by showing how committed they are to their unity. It reminded me of their first episodes in Vibrato. With Tenn and Gaku teasing each other a lot instead of being at each other’s throats all the time and Ryu offering advice instead of keeping his thoughts to himself, they have grown a lot from how they were original. The oldest and the mediator in the group, he’s doing a good job taking on this responsibility. It will be a while until they find their way home, but I’m confident they will eventually return.
