Astaroate Halstein is the daughter of the king’s brother, making her a princess of the royal family. In her original life, she grew up and married Cedric, the second son of a powerful marquis.

Recap and Review
The story opens with Cedric, the second son of the powerful Marquis Montpellier, approaching Princess Astaroate. He puts on an act of falling in love at first sight with her under the romantic fluttering flower petals. Astaroate is flattered by the attentions of this handsome nobleman.
In the course of time, Cedric successfully woos Astaroate, and they are married. As the only remaining member of the royal family, Astaroate hands over all power and authority to her new husband, King Cedric, upon their marriage.
Naively, Astaroate believes she has freed herself from the heavy burdens of rulership and can now relax into the carefree life of a queen beside her beloved. But this perspective proves to be nothing more than a fantasy and illusion crafted by Cedric.
In truth, their meet-cute first encounter, romantic dates, and loving proposal were all elaborate acts and deceptions by Cedric for his own hidden purposes. Astaroate realizes this too late.
Six years after their marriage, Astaroate finds herself caged and condemned as a traitor. King Cedric publicly denounces her in front of the full court, accusing her of impersonating the previous queen and single-handedly destroying the kingdom. He declares he will have her executed for treason.
Astaroate is shocked and heartbroken, her trust completely betrayed. After her death, the real story can finally begin—everything up until her execution was merely set up for the major conflict still to come.
Cedric’s true motivations and the reasons for Astaroate’s downfall have yet to be revealed. Her death marks the start of tumultuous times for the kingdom.
Spoilers and Expectations
Later, we see that the girl who was reading all this says that it was a boring plot and believes that even she made she would make it better than this.
When the scene changes, we see that the head of the princess is about to get cut. However, the next moment, we find out that she is fine in her room.
This was when we found out that she was none other than the new girl who got reincarnated into this world. Now, she must become the main character of this story and, at the same time, elevate the male character from the throne.
