In the ancient time of the Dragon God, three individuals existed: Ignis, Ignis’s lover, and her son. Ignis’s lover, aka now Aiysha, killed their son, the current Abel, because he was suffering from an incurable disease, and she couldn’t bear seeing him suffer. But in the eyes of the Dragon God, she had sinned, so he cursed her to reincarnate endlessly, just to kill her son with her own hands, to the end of time, never to forget her sin. The god also gave all cursed beings the dark attribute, hence the black stone on her chest.

Janus was Aisha in her past life. That’s when she met Hades 5 years ago, She released some spirits causing Hades to reach Abel, whom he was forced to adopt, and she also made him promise that he would kill anyone who came to him, saying she remembers her past self.

Meanwhile, in his first life, Ignis, currently the priest Michael, had killed his lover, the present Aiysha, for an unbeknownst reason. Hence, he, too, was eternally cursed to be reborn endlessly only to kill his lover in every life. And so the cycle continues with Abel being killed at the hands of Aiysha, who in turn is also killed by Ignis.

Hades is a human who doesn’t believe god to be all good as said by all and is granted powers by the Procreator, FL’s brother, that help him to stand on equal footing as a god, thus making him the only one capable of standing up against god. Knowing this, Janus (Aisha’s past self) approaches Hades, wanting him to finally end their endless cycle of suffering by making him kill her.

As then, Aiysha would not kill Abel, and Ignis does not kill her, breaking the chain once and for all, freeing them from this eternal curse. However, she is very apologetic towards him for making him, who was completely unrelated to the curse, get involved. But things didn’t go as planned as Hades ended up becoming very attached to both of them. And he eventually started seeing them as family.

Aisha and Michael are also cursed that they can’t kill themselves without killing Abel or Aisha, respectively. Moreover, if they are to be killed by someone else, then they would switch bodies.

Hades remembers all of these memories, and the chapter ends as he hurries to Aisha, who indirectly seems to have said her farewell to Abel.
