In a timeframe spanning just one day, she is struck by multiple bad experiences and shattering revelations. She comes to know that her boyfriend is actually married and a father-to-be. Her superior at work scolds her, and a pervert stalks her before she falls in a sinkhole. To top all that, she gets harrowing news that she’s dying from Glioblastoma, with only three months left.

Sitting atop her apartment’s rooftop, she spots a shooting star and drunkenly wishes for the world to end. Enter Myul Mang, a messenger between gods and humans who just so happens to hear Kyung’s wish. Now Myul is a divine entity who was born between dark and light. The sole purpose of his existence is defined by his fate which is to bring upon doom. He smiles, and a life ends. When he breathes, countries vanish. If he takes a walk, the climate cycle goes into a frenzy. He does not will any of it, and it just happens as he goes about his fated existence.
