The latest event in hololive Dreams, the official hololive rhythm and RPG game, brings a summer-themed lineup featuring four popular talents. Titled “A Dreamy Summer Escape,” the limited-time event focuses on Aki Rosenthal, Shiori Novella, La+ Darknesss and Anya Melfissa, with each talent receiving a dedicated chapter, swimsuit-themed outfits and new story content.
QualiArts announced the event as part of its ongoing collaboration with COVER Corporation, which jointly develops and operates hololive Dreams. The event began on September 19, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. JST and is scheduled to continue until September 27 at 7:59 p.m. JST.
The campaign also expands the game’s music selection with four songs created specifically for hololive Dreams. Each featured talent receives an original track alongside a dedicated music video, giving players additional content beyond the game’s regular rhythm stages.
hololive Dreams Event Rotates Through Four Talent-Focused Chapters
“A Dreamy Summer Escape” is structured as a Spotlight Event, with the featured talent changing every two days. Players can earn Event Points by completing Lives and minigames, while Event Badges can be exchanged for Event Memories and other rewards.
The four chapters follow this schedule:
- Chapter 1: Aki Rosenthal, September 19-21
- Chapter 2: Shiori Novella, September 21-23
- Chapter 3: La+ Darknesss, September 23-25
- Chapter 4: Anya Melfissa, September 25-27
Short stories for each talent are unlocked according to the Event Points players earn. The chapter structure also gives players an incentive to continue playing throughout the entire event rather than focusing on a single character.
The event’s music rollout includes Aki Rosenthal’s “Grave of Halo,” Shiori Novella’s “Glitch Through,” La+ Darknesss’ “Lethal Dose Paranoid” and Anya Melfissa’s “64.” One song is added with the start of each chapter and serves as that chapter’s Event Song.
Alongside the event, the “Seeking the Summer Cool” Gacha introduces new ★5 members for all four talents. Obtaining these members also unlocks Park and Live Outfits inspired by their swimsuit card illustrations. The Gacha runs through September 29 at 5:59 a.m. JST, according to QualiArts.
hololive Dreams is available as a free-to-play rhythm and RPG title on iOS, Android and Steam, with optional in-app purchases. The game’s official website lists more than 150 songs and a large roster of hololive talents.
