Hidden Agenda premiered its first episode on 9th July 2023 and is said to have 12 episodes. The drama is almost coming to an end, as nine episodes are already been released. The cast of the drama includes Joong Archen Aydin in the role of Joke and Dunk Natachai Boonprasert in the role of Zo.
The drama follows the story of two university students, Joke and Zo, and their journey from strangers to lovers. Zho is an introverted geeky boy who always admires the popular girl Nita in his class. But to win her over, he takes help from her ex-boyfriend, Joke. But the twist is Joke actually has feelings for Zho and flirts with him at every chance.
Hidden Agenda Episode 9: Recap
In the last episode of Hidden Agenda, Joke and Zo have a chit-chat about how they are going to spend their vacations before their senior year starts. Zo tells him he needs to go to his hometown for important work, and he can’t delay it anymore.
Joke seems to be a little upset that he can’t enjoy the last time of their junior year with Zo, and when they are finally in a relationship. Zho reminds Joke that he should spend time with her grandmother on vacations. Meanwhile, at school, they see Pok and Jeng having a drift in their relationship.
Pok feels insecure about Jeng as he doesn’t want to reveal his boyfriend in public and also pretends to be a single straight guy on campus. Pok also doesn’t seem to like how Jeng gives his social media ID to all the junior-year girls. Zho and Joke tell them to not fight and talk it out. Zho consoles Pok, whereas Joke counsels Jeng.
However, after a while, things get sour between Zho and Joke when Zho finds out chat between Joke and Pat. Joke was getting information on Zho’s whereabouts from his friend Pat like a spy, just to win him over. Zho feels betrayed by his lover and friend too. Joke uses multiple methods to convince him but nothing works.
Meanwhile, Pok packs his luggage to move out of Jeng’s house, and Jeng appears. He hugs him and convinces Pok that he will fix everything for him. He grabs Pok’s hand, takes him to his basketball team and reveals to his co-player that he has a boyfriend, so they should stop nagging him as a single guy. Pok and Jeng finally bring out their relationship publicly.
In university, a tense environment covers up as the finals are coming up, and everyone is preparing for it diligently. After the final exams, Joke comes up with his final idea for convincing Zho. He reaches Zho’s house and asks him to allow him making talk to the Chrysanthemum Flowers juice for the final time for him.
However, while separating the flowers Joke starts chatting with the flowers about his true feelings for Zho. His main intention was to Zho hear him which Zho, of course, overhears. Zho gets emotional with Joke’s confession. It melts his heart, and ultimately Zho forgives Joke. The couple finally gets together.
