Harrison Ford’s divorce settlement with his former wife Melissa Mathison has been one of the most expensive divorce settlements in Hollywood. The pair met on the set of Apocalypse Now in 1976, where Mathison was working as a production assistant, and Ford was on the precipice of getting one of his biggest roles.
It was later reported that given that the actor and Mathison did not have a prenuptial agreement, Melissa received a lump sum amount of a whopping $85 million in the divorce settlement. When the pair decide to part ways after Mathison filed for divorce in 2001, it was followed by a messy aftermath as the two never arranged a prenup when they got married which led to a three-year-long battle to finally settle.
As per reports, the divorce settlement was ultimately done at a whopping amount of $ 85 million (£ 71 million) back in 2004. Not only that but Mathison Asti asked for some part of her ex-husband’s earnings that he received from The Fugitive and Indiana Jones which the actor filmed when he was married to Melissa.

Harrison Ford is married to Calista Flockhart. The two crossed paths at the 59th Golden Globe Awards back in 2002 and soon after as sparks flew between the two, the two soon began dating. The pair dated for as many as eight years and tied the knot in 2010. Ford and Calista have been going strong ever since.

Segel plays the role of a professional therapist named Jimmy who works for a cognitive behavioural centre in Los Angeles. Ford plays the role of Jimmy’s mentor Paul. The Apple series also stars Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, and Michael Urie.
