After a seven-year hiatus from acting, actress Han Ga In has made a highly anticipated return to the screen. On April 1, 2025, Han uploaded a new video to her YouTube channel, Free Woman Han Ga In, titled “What happens when Han Ga In goes all out for her acting comeback after 7 years.”
In the video, Han takes on a fresh challenge by filming a music video for the song Rules of a Princess, marking her long-awaited return to the entertainment industry.
In the video, Han openly shared her motivations for the project, revealing that her children were a big inspiration for her decision to return to acting.
“My kids really loved this song,” she explained.
“The more I listened to it, the more I realized it had a good melody and meaningful message.”
Her return to acting came with a sense of unfamiliarity, as she confessed during a discussion with the director that it had been a while since she was in front of the camera.

“Suddenly, I have to act again. It feels so unfamiliar,” Han admitted, recalling the early days of her acting career, particularly the filming of Super Rookie.
Throughout the shoot, Han exhibited her relatable and humorous personality. One of the more candid moments came when she was told about a scene involving eating food while sitting on a toilet. Laughing it off, she said,
“I don’t care. I’ve got nothing to lose at this point,” revealing an amusing story from her past.
Han shared that during her pregnancy with her first child, she had severe morning sickness while attending an English academy.
Unable to eat in public due to the crowd, she snuck into a restroom, pretending to go in, and ate bread while sitting on the toilet—an experience that made her chuckle as she filmed her latest scene.
By the end of the shoot, Han had fully embraced the role of a pink princess, bringing the character to life with charm and confidence, which garnered praise from both the crew and viewers.
