Rockstar Games has released a new launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, giving fans a closer look at the criminal partnership between Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Set in the fictional state of Leonida, the trailer reveals more about Jason’s past, Lucia’s time in jail, and the events that bring the two characters together ahead of the game’s November 19, 2026, release.

The trailer also highlights the game’s music, featuring a new track from French electronic duo Justice, who composed the original score for GTA 6. Titled “Flower in a Hurricane,” the song is credited to Justice and features Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.

Alongside the trailer release, Rockstar confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is available to pre-save on major music streaming services, with vinyl and CD editions available to pre-order through the official soundtrack website.

GTA 6 TRAILER REVEALS JASON’S MILITARY PAST AND LUCIA’S JAIL CALL

The new trailer establishes that Jason previously served in the army but has struggled to find work since leaving. It also shows Lucia calling Jason from jail, offering more context for the relationship between the two protagonists.

According to Rockstar’s official description, an easy score goes wrong and draws Jason and Lucia into a criminal conspiracy spanning Leonida. Their survival will depend on how well they can rely on each other as the situation escalates. The trailer was captured entirely in-game on a standard PlayStation 5, according to Rockstar.
