The very next day of the wedding, Chuck’s office gets filled with women wanting to find their true love by sleeping with him. At this moment, Charlie discovers Carol is engaged to his love. Charlie is called by Cam after she gets injured in an accident chipping her teeth during his date.
After fixing Cam’s teeth, Charles asks her out instead of her making a payment in cash. Cam declined Charles’s proposal, as she doesn’t feel she is emotionally ready for a relationship. Once Charles returns home, he finds Reba, his receptionist making a move on him to find her true love.
Charlie is encouraged by his best friend to indulge in guilt-free sex, but Charles decline as he is still infatuated with Cam. Chuck and Cam begin to grow closer, and they start falling in love, but Charles gets cold feet after Stu reminds him of every woman he has slept with ending up married.
In order to check the curse, Charlie and Stu decide to experiment with Eleanor, a fat and ugly individual, and after Charles has sex with her, he instructs Stu to ask her out. Charles continues to be in a long-distance relationship with Cam by pretending to be sick. Chuck has sex with Cam after Stu informs him of Eleanor not falling in love with her.

Chuck arranges a meeting between Howard and Cam as she admires the work of the former author. Stu informs Charlie about Cam going on a trip to Antarctica with Howard. Charlie rushes to catch Cam at the airport and pleads with her not to go. Cam informs Charlie about her going to Antarctica with Howard and his wife, and she will return on Wednesday.
