Negi Haruba’s Go, Go, Loser Ranger! manga is going on hiatus again due to the creator’s health, according to an announcement in the 47th issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on October 21, 2026. The latest break comes less than a month after the series resumed publication on September 24 following an approximately two-month hiatus.

The announcement did not provide a date for the manga’s return, leaving readers waiting for further updates. Haruba’s series, also known as Sentai Daishikkaku, previously paused publication on July 8 for health-related reasons.

The timing is significant because Go, Go, Loser Ranger! entered its final arc in March 2026. The repeated breaks now interrupt the manga’s progress toward its conclusion, although no new information has been provided about how the hiatus will affect the ending.

Final Arc Faces Another Publication Delay

Haruba launched Go, Go, Loser Ranger! in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in February 2021, following his earlier hit manga The Quintessential Quintuplets. The story subverts the traditional superhero formula by following a monster who rebels against the seemingly heroic Dragon Rangers after years of being forced to participate in staged battles.

The manga inspired a television anime that premiered in April 2024, followed by a second season in April 2025. Both seasons have been available through Disney+, with Hulu also carrying the series in North America.

No return date has been announced for the manga. Readers will need to await an update from the publisher or Haruba’s official channels.
