The chapter starts with a banquet at the palace. Rosaline has always had a nightmare of when her fear finally comes to life. She was adrift, and her soul unmoored from the shelter of her body. Paris approached Rosaline and asked her for a dance. He told Rosaline he would like it if she danced with him. Rosaline accepts his proposal for the dance.

When she danced with Paris, it was like her eyes were calling her back to the present, reminding her to stay grounded, and Paris’s soft touches made her well alright. Paris told her he was clueless about most of her things, but he wanted to help her to figure it out. Rosaline got cheered up hearing that. When they finished their dance, the people there started bad-mouthing about Rosaline.

Rosaline’s mood got lightened up by her dance with Paris, but after her hearing the people around her, she again went back to being depressed. He told Rosaline if she were wise enough not to lose sight of her child, he would have gotten lost. Rosaline got stunned hearing that, and she started looking for Mino. Seeing her in such a condition, Paris asked her what was wrong.
