Jeongmin finally wakes up from her injury in the hospital but staying in bed like a sane person would, she starts to worry about Siyun instead and, not thinking even twice, she goes after the latter to see if he is okay as she is sure that he would be devasted after seeing that Jeongmin had been hospitalized and it was because of him.
The feelings that Jeongming has for Siyun could only be called unconditional love as she does not care even if the former isn’t right for her and continues to take care of him even though he was the one who put her in the hospital in the first place.
Whereas Siyun realizes that he is not good for Jeongmin at all as long as he exists and is with her, the latter is going to keep on caring for him and this makes things very bad for her as well. Therefore, Siyun went on to do something crazy or something occurred with him that we are not sure about.
From what it seems, Siyun may have tried to kill himself as he wants Jeongmin to live the best life, and that is without him. But Jeongmin luckily found him in his apartment, and it is a good thing that she did, which could possibly lead to saving his life.

From Dreams to Freedom Chapter 120 was a really short and concerning chapter as the narrative continued with Jeongmin waking up in the hospital, and the first thing that she talked about was wanting to see Siyun as she was concerned about him and realizing that she had been in hospital for days, she is all the more concerned for him.
Juyun tries to tell Jeongmin that Siyun has been manipulating her and she is better off without him but the latter says that she has to find him no matter what and thus, Jeongmin gets out of the hospital. Jeongmin tries to call Siyun to find out where he is but to no avail and thus she decides to visit his home.
As she arrives at Siyun’s home, she is really surprised to find the latter on the ground bleeding from his hands and she realizes that he tried to take his life. Jeongming tries to wake him up and when Siyun wakes up, he kisses the former and says that she is better off without him. Jeongming then calls the ambulance and the chapter ends up with Siyun being hospitalized.
