Keeho’s mother, a member of P1Harmony, faces fraud allegations. In an exclusive report on March 20, it was revealed that ‘A,’ the mother of a P1Harmony member, is being sued for violating laws related to fraud and unfair practices.
One of her victims identified is Park Sang Hyun, the representative of the production company HUG INTL.
This production company is known for its upcoming film ‘Eun Ha Soo,’ starring Yoon Je Moon, Kim Ji Hun, and Lee Xia, set to premiere in April.
In a phone interview with representative Park, he told,
“I lost close to 1.1 billion KRW (~821,613 USD), and I know there are around 10 more victims. When combined that’s 3 billion KRW (~2.2 million USD). Along with some of the victims, I have filed a lawsuit against A.”
He further explained,
“The only person who can reach A in Korea is Keeho (from P1Harmony) so we sent a proof of contents to FNC Entertainment, but the company only sent a formal reply stating that they couldn’t confirm it due to privacy concerns.”
He expressed concern that the release of the film ‘Eun Ha Soo’ might be delayed due to investment fraud. He explained,
“I’m not sure if we can afford the distribution costs.”
Rumors have surfaced in multiple online communities alleging involvement of a parent of P1Harmony member Keeho in fraud. A social media post by the HUG INTL representative swiftly propagated across these online platforms. He wrote on his social media,
“I endured for a year and six months, waited, and showed consideration. I borrowed money and took out loans everywhere for them, and my life was becoming ruined. I explained my current situation and begged for help countless times, but they never responded.”
The representative revealed that the family of P1Harmony’s Keeho was involved in this fraud by writing,
“Toronto Connect Church pastor/Toronto missionary for international students TISM Mr. B, the mastermind behind all these incidents A. FNC P1Harmony Leader Keeho is A’s son.”
He added,
“She took 1.1 billion KRW using her brother and her son’s name saying she will repay after 4 months. She has not returned the money for over a year, causing immense suffering. Now the whole family is neglecting this issue.”
Meanwhile, FNC Entertainment, the agency representing P1Harmony, responded regarding the controversy, stating,
“We are still investigating.”
