FIFA 19 is around the corner and players are waiting eagerly for the arrival. Recently, the list of fastest players was revealed by FIFA, and many found the ratings quite shockings. Well, these ratings determine the speed of the athletes on the ground. The difference in the speed was spotted in a youtube video which shocked many players as I mentioned above.

FIFA 19 Speed Test:
The video is by TFVGaming Rohan Trehan, and the test actually proved that FIFA had done quite a good job while rating the players. The Youtuber ran a test to check the ratings. For the test, 32 players were selected, and they were grouped into four as you can see from the image itself. The fastest players or winners will move on to the next round, and this will shortlist a total of 8 winners from 8 groups. The eight players were again grouped into 4, and the final two winners from each group will move onto the finals.
The list had some huge names such as Messi, Sterling, Neymar, Salah. The players who qualified for the quarter-finals were Traore, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah, Mbappe, Costa, Bale, and Sane. Sadly, Messi didn’t qualify. Now, here comes the interesting part which actually shocked many. According to the ratings, Adama Traore Diarra has the highest rating but, he didn’t qualify for the finals. Instead, the showdown was between Sane and Kylian Mbappe.
The winner of the final round was Kylian Mbappe and to be honest it wasn’t surprising as we already witnessed his electrifying speed in the 2018 FIFA World Cup and his rating is also 96 which perfectly translated into the pitch. So the main question is “Why didn’t Mbappe top the list?” There is also one interesting fact that the winning margin was pretty thin which also confused a few players considering the fact that Leroy Sane has been ranked at number 5.
