This dispute was publicly addressed during a press conference on June 10, 2024, where the trio aimed to expose the agency’s alleged malpractices.
Baekhyun’s latest pictorial for DAZED Korea caught fans by surprise. Despite the ongoing lawsuit, Baekhyun’s striking visuals in the photoshoot garnered significant attention and praise on social media platform X (Twitter).

The conflict with SM Entertainment dates back to June 1, 2023, when EXO-CBX raised concerns over transparency and unfair contract terms. A temporary resolution was reached on June 19, 2023, with both parties agreeing to modify certain aspects of EXO’s contracts to address the issues.
However, the situation escalated again in June 2024 when Baekhyun’s new agency, INB100, announced a press conference to discuss SM Entertainment’s continued unfair practices. The agency alleged that SM had violated their previous agreement and demanded a share of EXO-CBX’s earnings.
SM Entertainment quickly denied these accusations, releasing a statement that accused EXO-CBX of distorting the truth and manipulating public opinion. The agency also provided several points refuting the trio’s claims about their lack of transparency in financial settlements.
Amid the controversy, Baekhyun took to social media to reassure fans. He expressed his dedication to his supporters, stating, “I will always think about our fans.
