Evil Season 4 is what all the loyal fans are curiously waiting for at this point in time. The show gives us the themes of supernatural elements and drama. Robert and Michelle King have directed the series for CBS. The story focuses on Dr. Kristen Bouchard. He is a forensic psychologist who is quite skeptical about literally anything around him. We see him joining forces with David Acosta, who is a Catholic seminarian. The group also has a technology contractor named Ben Shakir. The trio sets on various adventures through the episodes in order to investigate the supernatural incidents happening with the people.
Bouchard is hired by David Acosta when the series starts. He wants her help to differentiate between various demonic instances or whether the cases are just a result of insanity. She does not belives in Satan or demons or anything supernatural. According to her, everything has a logic behind which can be explained. Although, her cases like to disagree with the very nature of her being. She constantly walks on a thin line between supernatural elements and scientific reasoning.
As for David, he has a very distinctive personality. He used to be a journalist but now is studying to become a Catholic priest. He is also assigned to a new investigation in order to help Kristen with the miracles of supernatural beings. As the episodes pass, we see the man taking hallucinogens in order to be clear about his visions. Although, he is not sure whether these dreams are an indication from god or it is just his brain’s doing.
Aasif Mandvi does the part of Ben Shakir. He is a contractor working with David Acosta. The man is responsible to handle all the techy stuff along with the equipment. He is the one who helps the trio in deducing scientific explanations for the otherwise supernatural elements happening with the cases. Coming back to a new season, we would love to have more episodes with our favorite trio as they set on another venture to solve the unexplainable phenomenon.
