The storyline of Esaret has the audience hooked because of the development from vengeance to a romance between the protagonists, Orhun and Hira. Orhun was born into a wealthy family, but his mother, Afife, never gave him the affection he longed for. While locating his missing twin sister, he met Hira. Hira returned to care for Ali, who was unwell. In her absence, the child was unable to do anything. Orhun stated how much Ali missed Hira, and she agreed. She is like a mother to her and has always taken good care of him. Orhun assures her that she can tell him if she needs anything.
Hira rushes to her room to get dressed, but the wardrobe is empty. Afife threw away all her belongings in the trash. She displays Hira declaring that she would never be able to locate a thing here as she formerly did. Hira will live the life she earns, according to Afife, who swears her to be out.
Hira has neither Orhun nor the house. Afife needs to make the mansion empty of any traces of Hira, as though no one will ever mention her name again. She will eliminate all traces of Hira from Orhun’s heart. Hira precisely understood what Afife would do to her. Hira wants to divorce Orhun to stop the revenge. Orhun’s silence regarding their divorce worries Hira. Orhun ends by expressing his regret to Hira for his lack of trust in her, for the time he left her alone, and for everything that occurred when she arrived at the house. To make Hira happy, Orhun consents to the divorce. Nursah advises Orhun to confront his feelings and talk to Hira, or they will be regretful later. Hira will decide to stay.
