Eleceed Chapter 226 had Jiwoo meet Sibun after she had not come back to meet her friends for a while. Sibun had changed a lot since the last time she saw him. All her glamour is gone. She used to be one of the loudest in the group and outgoing, not afraid to say what was on her mind.
After meeting Subin, Jiwoo meets her grandfather, the one who has shifted her personality to what she is now. He enquires about the boy, and upon learning he is Kaiden’s disciple, he throws hard questions at him.
Jiwoo is once again faced with the reality of awakeners, but this time he is hinted at by Subin’s grandfather on the matter. He asked Jiwoo if he would give his life for her, to which Kaiden’s disciple answered firmly without skipping a beat.
However, the grandfather ended the discussion, not seeing eye to eye with the young awakener, which is a little contradictory as he comes under his protection among Korean awakeners. The same thing for which he lectures Subin at the later end of the chapter.
