Mark Boal’s latest thriller series, Echo 3, will soon release an all-new episode that will carry on the saga that has been taking place on the show. Starring Michiel Huisman, Luke Evans, and Jessica Ann Collins, Echo 3 is a tale that is set in a time when war lurks around the corner. They end up getting involved in it, with no choice but to fight through the conflict.
The show was announced to be in the making in July 2020, with filming finally beginning on June 9th, 2021. The series has been mostly filmed in various parts of South America and has Spanish and English dialogues. With the filming for Echo 3 ending in February of this year, the show was launched as a television series on November 23rd, 2022.
Inspired by Omri Givon’s series as well as a novel by Amir Gutfreund, the plot centers on Amber Chesborough, who had gone to Columbia for research but ended up being held captive by the government rebels. Her family, which consists of a brother named Bambi and Sergeant Prince Haas, her husband, start looking for her immediately, as they were part of the US military.
As the story unfolds, we see not only the relationship between Prince and Bambi changing, but we also witness the secrets that had hidden in the facade of peace.
Echo 3: The Cast
The cast of this show has Dutch, Argentine, as well as Welsh actors. Michiel Huisman portrays the role of Sergeant Prince Haas, the man Amber gets married to at the beginning of the show. Although he seems to love Amber, there are times when his true intentions are uncertain.
Amber’s brother, Bambi (Sergeant Alex Chesborough) is played by the actor Luke Evans. He is a strong-willed man who would do anything for his sister. He and Prince don’t have the best relationship, but they work together most of the time. Luke is a Welsh actor who rose to fame through his stage performance in the show Small Change.
Jessica Ann Collins acts as Amber Chesborough, the scientist who travels to South America to find the cure for Psychedelic addiction. She finds herself caught up in a Civil War, and gets kidnapped by the rebels who wanted to scare the government. Jessica has had many supporting roles and has even acted as one of the criminals in CSI.
Echo 3 Episode 7: Recap
The Episode which was aired on December 23rd, 2022, showed Bambi and Prince waiting for Tariq’s call. They had kidnapped his brother, in hopes of getting a response from him. Violeta is still adjusting to her life after the shooting she was caught up in. Her husband tries to talk to her but her trauma is still fresh.
Violeta talks to the president and asks the reason behind Prince and Bambi not being arrested. After the conversation, she is sure that the CIA is involved with them. She starts to think if America is back to manipulating Columbia however they liked.
Amber and Bambi’s mom shows up in Columbia and soon find out that she is held at a black site near the borders of Venezuela. While she is at the house with Roy, the rebels barge in. They kill Roy but Amber’s mom manages to kill the guy.
Bambi and Prince take Tariq’s brother to an abandoned place and try to get Tariq to save him. He seems to not care at all and instead wants Amber to rot in prison. With no sign of positivity, Bambi and Prince decided to go ahead with the war.
Echo 3 Episode 8: Release Date
Echo 3 Episode 8 will be released on December 30th, 2022. New episodes of Echo 3 are usually aired on streaming platforms on Friday. A single episode of the show has a run time of about 49-50 minutes.
Echo 3 Episode 8: What To Expect?
Being in captivity started to get to Amber’s mind. Now that she has no means of escaping her fate, she has no choice but to be killed by the rebels. Meanwhile, Bambi and Prince have had enough of the government and the others.
They carry out a raid at the place (near the Venezuelan borders) where Amber’s held captive. To do this, they must recruit soldiers that would fight for their cause.

Echo 3 is an Apple TV Original, and new episodes of this series are released on the platform at around 3:00 am ET. Viewers from Canada, the UK, and Australia can watch it on Apple TV as well.
