Orbitals

Orbitals is a two-player cooperative puzzle-adventure game set in a retro anime-inspired science-fiction universe. Players take control of Maki and Omura, two explorers who must work together to save their crumbling space-station home after it becomes trapped inside a supernatural cosmic storm. The game combines exploration, environmental puzzles, platforming, action, and asymmetric cooperative mechanics, requiring both players to communicate and use their characters’ unique abilities to progress. Its presentation draws heavily from classic Japanese anime, with hand-crafted cinematic sequences created in collaboration with Studio Massket, full voice acting, and an original soundtrack. Orbitals is designed specifically for two-player cooperative play and supports local split-screen and online multiplayer through Nintendo Switch 2 features including GameShare and the Global Friend’s Pass.
