So the agreement was that Vermouth would keep the seal on the demon king of destruction in place, and the Demon king of incarceration would reincarnate Hamel.
Vermouth wanted the soul of Hamel that was at the grave so he could reincarnate him, but Sienna saw him taking it, and he attacked her because he was suffering from madness, so he left her injured and threw Hamel’s body at Sienna that’s it ended up outside.
