The series continues its hilarious gags with D-Frag! Chapter 152, as the game club(temp), has gotten a new layer of trouble. But going over the chapters now and then does raise the question of why this series won’t get a new season. After all, D-Frag continues to be one of the best comedy series in the anime medium to this day.
Perhaps it has to do with D-Frag coming out when anim was not as big of an industry as it is now. Back then, it was getting traction due to being unique for its comedy as it experimented with the genre. Though it started with one straight man and the other the obnoxious one, the numbers were shaken a bit.
There was one straight man, and then there was an entire group of obnoxious people that didn’t listen to reason. Though there are times when Kenji becomes interested in romance, those times are scarce as the main focus is always comedy. But Kenji lives oblivious to that as the club gives him too many headaches to ever think about anything else.
D-Frag! Chapter 151 Recap
D-Frag! Chapter 151 had the club doing a meeting over the mystery that they had brought back. This thing was so much trouble that almost no one wanted to deal with it, as its ability to bring misfortune was no longer a doubt. Roka, though had an idea of where to put the thing, as she had been sighing all the time.
By this point in the story, Kenji knows how Roka’s mind works, and he instantly guesses that she wants to live in the club room. Takao was shocked at how Roka admitted to it just as Kenji had said it. His ability to read her scared her a little, but she didn’t say it out loud.
Then, there was a short discussion that took place in the background about Takao not being able to make cookies for Kenji. Minami heard this small exchange and decided she would visit Kenji more often as well, to Takao’s dismay. However, Kenji doesn’t even bat an eye to that as she wants to deal with the big problem at hand.

D-Frag! Chapter 152 Spoilers
D-Frag! Chapter 152 will discuss putting the mystical item and where it should be kept for safety. And given how absurd things can get in this story, the conclusion everyone will come to would be putting the thing in Kenji’s house, to his dismay. However, this will give people an excuse to visit his house and create chaos in his place, a thing he wouldn’t be able to stop.
We will also see Kenji’s little sister make a return in the later chapters and be worried about the trouble they are gonna have at their doors very soon. Kenji will try to ease her mind by offering to give her a treat just like the one she visited in his club. However, that consolation may not be enough for this time.
