This is when the drug dealer with whom Taylor has ties appears. Also, the recent train crash has caused many deaths and injuries. One of the patients of such needs to have a transplant surgery at the most urgent. This means that Marcel, who has been treating them, needs to take care of everything in a better way. By the end of the episode, we saw that Charles and Cuevas were helping a patient who had amnesia.
