Chainsaw Man Chapter 153 was titled “Chainsaw Man Hunters” and the chapter continues with taking care of the devils in his Chainsaw Man. The chapter continues to showcase that Denji is enjoying every bit of being the Chainsaw Man again.
While he is enjoying killing and eating the devils, the people are terrified of him and seek him as a devil that needs to be killed. Thus, we see a bunch of people ganging up on Denji to kill him. Many of them think that killing Denji will turn their loved one back to normal as they had also transformed into Chainsaw Man when the outbreak occurred.
Nayuta is trying to save Denji but she is only a child and no one is listening to her. Meanwhile, the people who have come have ganged up on Denji and trapped him inside a net. Denji does his best to keep people from harm but since the people are pouring gasoline on him, he hurts people unintentionally which agros the people even more.
As one of them goes to light Denji on fire, the latter cuts off that person’s hands in order to save himself. As folks still try to light Denji on fire, we see Nayuta attempting to rescue Denji by taking a woman under her control who had been pulling her away from Denji.
