This episode starts at the Money Pit dig site with the crew working a very deep dig that has clear signs of having gold in its contents after some deep scientific, nerdy analysis. The dig team is excited, and they get to deploy heavy machinery on the site in search of some parts.
Jack Begley and Gary Drayton venture to the western coastline of the island, which has shown potential for the fabled treasure. While surveying the area, they find a trove of fascinating clues, including remains of nails, coins, and other metallic items, a conceivable and collapsed tunnel entrance, and a colossal stone structure with apparent links to the island’s past. The search intensifies!
At the Oak Center analysis hub, the crew carries out various tests on the discovered objects. Meanwhile, the Laginas meet with Italian researchers and share findings on the history of the Knight’s Templar dating back to the Crusades. Their passion and dedication to uncovering the rich history of the island have motivated them to go beyond the surface and delve into the mysteries that lie beneath.
