Ryouma was wondering about the foundation festival preparations while Miya and everyone were back in town. Asagi realised Ryouma was concerned about his shop, so he told him they would take care of reporting to the guild and gave him the okay to go back home. But Ryouma was determined to follow them along.
Miya was telling everyone how her dimension home had all the trim wood too, Miya told them they were too considerate. Miya advised Ryouma to take up the offer and head back home, so he finally decided to go ahead. Before going back, Ryouma thanked Mr. Leipin and Asagi for their kindness.
Asagi reminded him it was nothing compared to what Ryouma did since he shared his miso and soy sauce with him and even taught him where to buy them. They dropped Ryouma off and Miya told him she’d see him at the festival. Ryouma told her they’d be waiting for her and asked them to be careful on their journey.

In the previous episode, after bidding his friends goodbye, Ryouma immediately started looking at the preparations for foundation day. He found Dolce, who was working on the stall, Dolce welcomed his manager, and Ryouma thanked him. Everyone wanted to know if Ryouma was pleased with the preparations. Fedele reminded him it was not his achievement alone.
Ryouma spotted semroid troupe workers and asked Dolce about it, and he told him that they were very skilled labourers, so they built that in just two days. Finia told him they built it so quickly she thought it was created by magic, Ryouma told them travelling entertainers are awesome, not just the stage. Dolce told him they even helped in building their stall.
Penance appeared out of nowhere and told him if people would be enjoying Ryouma’s delicious cooking and watching Plenance’s show. So undoubtedly, that would be a wonderful experience for those who visit them. So it was obvious he would help them since they are now comrades after all.
Ryouma was thankful for everything Plenance reminded him of now that they were only left with the finishing touches. Plenance told all of them they should achieve beauty fit for the wonderful festival, and everyone agreed with him.
