The chapter opens up with Kurose, who is on the bullet train and is heading home, at the same time he is thinking about how Choko has fainted because as we know, she previously revealed to Kurose that she always wanted to be the main character in the Kosaku Esemori’s Books, and he imagines that they will come back tomorrow or anytime sooner.

Later in the chapter, we see Kurose gets a call from Shibasawa, one more time, when he finally picks up her call, she asks him where he is and if is there someone else along with him, here she basically wanted to know if he is with someone called Nago Aoe.

Later we witnessed her crying and saying to him that, Nago is the same girl who was going to die with him. She also says that she believed that Kurose is not on the train and is still with her and taking her somewhere to try again.
