Looking for updates on the latest chapter of Books Bought with Taxpayer’s Money? Rest assured since you are at the right place. Books Bought with Taxpayer’s Money or Zeikin De Katta Hon is an ongoing manga that came out on 21st August 2021. The writer is Zuino, while the art was created by Kei Keiyama.
The manga is about a delinquent boy named Ishidaira Kiichi. To think that such a person would be in the library is such a strange thing to think of, is it not? But Ishidaira finds himself going there regardless, for the first time since elementary school!
He soon remembers that he has a book that he borrowed from the library about ten years ago but never returned, all when Hayasemaru and Shira remind him of it. One thing leads to another, and he ends up working at the library to pay off the fines he has accumulated over the years.
The manga is a profound innovation, something that will have you pay a visit to the library. Zeikin De Katta Hon has gained a decent amount of readers throughout the last year, with people praising the way it is written. The manga is sure to gather an even larger reader fanbase in the near future.
The manga reads a very interesting line, and I quote, “Going to the library is the purest form of real ‘learning’ where you open a book because you want to know, not because someone is teaching you.” This is one of the reasons it has attracted readers. If you have been following this manga and wish to know more about the latest chapter 46 and where to read it, look no further.
Books Bought with Taxpayer’s Money Recap
The previous chapter for Books Bought with Taxpayer’s Money has been really interesting. It opens with Ishidaira chilling on the library couch, going through the intriguing “Shitty Patron Guide Book” that belongs to Shirai.
The contents of the books have been much awaited. Hayasemaru sees him giggling on the couch while he should leave it vacant for the customers. It is summer vacation now, so he can do what he wants while going around the library. It is not like anyone would yell at him now.
A number of patrons have been described in the book and rated by their “annoyance level.” First is the “Lilian Lady,” who is a girl that keeps asking around for a book she might have checked out before, with a one-star annoyance.
People like her cannot be refused, even if they get too nagging for the staff. Hayasemaru gets really troubled and asks Ishidaira why the girl keeps asking for the same book and keeps having the same repetitive conversations.
Next up, there is the “Surveying Old Man,” whose annoyance level are 3 stars! He goes around asking the female staff weirdly peculiar questions, like if they like polka dots or stripes. Who would not think he is asking inappropriate questions?
Then there is the weirdest one, “Black Knit Hat Pervert,” which has more than 10 annoyance stars. He randomly bares his butt in the book aisles and runs away when reprimanded (at this point, I am not surprised). Ishidaira lets Hayasemaru know about this pervert, to which she expresses her agon. She has reported it to the police and even put up warning posters, all in vain.
Ishidaira finds more annoying patrons there (like the “Magazine Crazed Shitty Old Man,” who yell at the staff when he cannot get the latest business magazine issues, a 5-star annoyance level totally deserved), and eventually finds himself, written for with mixed feelings.
