Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu is all about a boy named Kyotaro Ichikawa, who is an introverted high schooler in another world of his own. Kyotaro Ichikawa doesn’t have any friends and usually spends his days thinking about dark fantasies in class, ranging from killing all his classmates with a knife to torturing all the teachers.
Even though Kyotaro’s mind was always full of dark fantasies, he never let any of them come out and would usually just pretend to be a normal high school boy who was just a loner. Kyotaro’s everyday normal dark life takes a sudden dark turn when he encounters Anna Yamada, who is the idol of the class, and it seems like Yamada has even more secrets than Kyotaro.
While Kyotaro always wanted to murder Anna Yamada, one day, he stumbled across Anna Yamada, who was sitting at his “secret table” in the library; realizing that this is the perfect chance to kill Anna Yamada, Kyotaro takes his pocket blade and walks closer to Anna Yamada who was doing unusual things.
When Kyotaro came closer to Anna Yamada, she quickly snatched the pocket knife from Kyotaro’s hands and thanked him while holding his hands. Kyotaro never touched any girl in his life, and now the class idol is holding his hands and thanking him for when he was trying to kill her!

Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu Chapter 124 Recap
In the previous chapter, everyone is enjoying their summer vacation, and Anna Yamada and Kotaro are getting ready to go to the beach. While Kotaro didn’t care much about the beach day, Anna Yamada went out shopping with her friends to buy swimsuits, and she sent some of her swimsuit pics to Kotaro.
Kotaro was very flustered by Yamada, swimsuit pics, and when Yamada texted her asking how she looked in the swimsuit, Kotaora replied that “It looks cute”. Yamada took this in a negative way and was about to send Kotara swimsuit pics with almost transparent swimsuits, but she was stopped by her friends.
