New circumstances will be revealed in Boku no Hero Academia Chapter 428 as Deku meets with more people. The last few chapters had been about Deku going on and meeting people who were involved in the recent war between villains and heroes. Which has many highs and lows, a thing that has become a staple in the series.
Deku met Spinner, one of the close allies of Shigaraki, who had turned into a beast after his quirk activated and took hold. Spinner had nothing but resentment for Deku as he had killed Shigaraki to bring peace to the world, and restore order. However, Deku was there to give Shigararki’s last message that was meant for Spinner and only him.
Spinner was shocked that the one he looked up to thought of him as an equal, and begrudging that he could never help him. We are given a parallel comparison as to how Shigaraki was viewed in the world and how Spinner thought of him. And as the conversation between Deku and Spinner ended, Spinner declared that he would write a book about Shigaraki.
We also got to see what became of Chisaki and his betrayal of the heroes and his family. Chisaki’s father had come to meet him and told him he no longer wanted to do anything with him, cutting ties with his son. The last scene was Bakugo and Todoroki running away from a new set of fans that had joined the school.
