If you missed the previous episode, a brief recap is provided here. As he and Terry travel to Detroit, Meech is determined to revive BMF, track down Lamar, and eliminate him. It’s the exact mentality a group needs from a captain, particularly one who has seen a string of losses.
Lamar kills Sockie of the BMF in an unanticipated assault. Meech is driven to negotiate a deal with the PA Boys, a neighborhood crew, to enlist their help moving commodities and killing Lamar. It’s a cunning move, but then when Lamar tries to kill at least one of their members, it backfires.

A quick recap
They may not like to admit it, but Lamar has frequently impeded the group’s development, and whether he has united them or not, they are terrified of him. Lamar discovers that Terry and Meech are steadfast in their search for him. He is now free to act as he pleases.
He kills Sockie and two other crew members that Meech hired to do it. As long as Lamar is still alive and somewhat healthy and his eventual aim of killing Meech remains on his to-do list, he will continue torturing BMF. Meech, in particular, was delighted to see Terry bouncing around now that he was back in BMF.
Terry ultimately makes up his mind after waffling for the majority of this season as well as the first half of the year between having to join the gang and not wanting to join it. He starts by telling his parents and the high school teacher that he wouldn’t return to complete his coursework and graduate.
When his parents learn the news, they are stunned. Despite their protestations at his decision, he retreats and says there is nothing anyone can do to convince him to change his mind. After having brief sexual relations with Mabel, Charles quickly returns to her home and informs her that they need to end their relationship.
His brief moment of strength is gone as soon as Mabel takes off her robe, and before we know it, Charles has succumbed to her traps and is having sex with her on her couch. It’s awful because when Charles’ infidelity ultimately catches up to them, as it does with most people, all the good things he’s done for Lucille will be forgotten, along with the desire to be more emotionally open and take her out to dinner.
Because of her relationship with Charles, Mabel excels in other areas. She quickly located and grabbed what she was after. Because of his emotional problems and sensitivity, Charles falls into her trap. Nonetheless, he is responsible enough to stay in his relationship and work out any issues rather than abandoning it.
But that’s not the case. B-Mickie is angry at Terry’s entrance back into BMF. He believed that after Terry quit the group, everyone embraced him back and gave him the leadership position that B-Mickie had previously held for so long. Meech was informed of B’s unhappiness by Mickie and told him to cease worrying about them.
Problems for B-Mickie grew as he agreed to catch Meech for Police Bryant and Jin, only to change his mind and depart the city with a furious Meech. B-Mickie turns to depart Detroit after saying goodbye to his mother.
Meech’s knowledge of his cooperation with the authorities and B’s incapacity to leave Detroit will not work in his favor going forward. But it could also herald more unfavorable developments for BMF.
