Five years after the original Black Clover anime went on hiatus, Asta and the Black Bulls are finally returning to the screen. Crunchyroll has confirmed that Black Clover Season 2 will premiere in India on October 3, 2026, giving fans a chance to continue the story after the anime’s long absence.
The new season will stream exclusively on Crunchyroll in India, with new episodes arriving weekly. Japanese and English subtitles will be available at launch, while English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubs are planned to arrive soon.
Black Clover Season 2 Continues Asta and Yuno’s Journey
Season 2 picks up the story of Asta and Yuno, two orphans who grew up with the shared ambition of becoming the Wizard King. Although Yuno possesses exceptional magical abilities, Asta is born without magic in a world where supernatural powers define status and strength.
Despite that disadvantage, Asta receives a mysterious grimoire and develops his own path toward becoming a powerful Magic Knight. His rivalry with Yuno remains central to the story as both continue pursuing their childhood dream.
The first season ended with Asta, Yami and the other characters facing the growing conflict surrounding the Spade Kingdom. The long-awaited continuation will now move the story forward with weekly episodes beginning October 3.
With Black Clover Season 2 returning after more than five years, the premiere is set to be one of Crunchyroll India’s notable anime releases this October.
