Black Clover Chapter 350 sees Asta grabbing Sister Lily after striking her with his Demon-slasher Katana, which breaks the magic which makes the Human Paladins. After landing on the ground, fans see that Sister Lily is sobbing while she apologizes to Asta about what she had done when she was Paladin and for the things she had said.
Asta tells her that he couldn’t care less about what she did as a Paladin. Sister Lily then continues her monologue in which she reveals to Asta why she became a Nun was because she was troubled by the indiscrimination in the Clover Kingdom over magic.
She joined a church hoping to pray to the gods and hoped to change something. However, the discrimination was found even inside the church, which made her leave the Church and join an orphanage so that she could make even a little change, but she is ashamed of how things turned out.
The Shogun of the Land of the Sun tells Sister Lily that it is alright and the reason Asta became stronger is that she saved him, and now it is Asta’s turn to save her.

This magic allows him to convert and alter anyone’s mind (explains how he is able to create Paladins) and can even create people from scratch. With this power in hand, he is planning to take over the world and all the magic in it on Judgment Day.
Which also involves the land of the rising sun, and Sister feels ashamed that she is responsible for all the destruction.
