Big Brother Season 25 keeps on giving surprises: Izzy, Felicia, and Cirie were challenged by Cameron’s power play. He seems sure that he’ll take them down one by one. But since Cameron’s greed for power made him trust Jared without measuring the consequences: He won the veto and kept his mom out of harm’s way.
The house is officially flipped over in a power play that we will describe further down the line, but it involved Cameron reaching out to several people, who, in turn, looked after themselves to create a sort of coup d’etat against the current status quo. I know Big Brother is widely reputed for having big power plays, but it’s been a while since I’ve seen moves like this one.
Big Brother Season 25 Episode 22 Recap
America did do some plotting to stay out of harm’s way and made Cameron realize that Jared is doing Cirie’s machinations, all the while she’s courting Matt to stick together and see who gets knocked out first. That’s how Cory enters the move, charmed by America’s smiles and gentle passes. That’s how Izzy in a surprising eight-to-one vote got evicted a couple of episodes ago.
But now, the power structure shakes again. Usually, Big Brother rides the frontrunners, and when they see that things are going south, they bury the competitors on their way out the door. That’s why Jared is in the danger zone for a double eviction.
But as the double evictions, powerplays, and egos clash against each other after Izzy’s unexpected boot. Which included Jared pouting and complaining like a little child, things need a stir. With every person looking after themselves, any alliance we see, any pact they form, it is only temporary as the backstabbings are around the corner.
