Global TV’s hit series, Big Brother Canada, will be returning with the final episode of the week. With evictions right around the corner at all times, things have gotten tense at the Big Brother house for many house guests. The battle for the seat of HoH was an intense one, but now that the position of Power of Veto lies free, the contestants would be doing their best to get ahold of the special powers.
Airing on television since February 27th, 2013, Big Brother Canada follows a format similar to its American Counterpart. A group of 16 contestants was brought in on the first episode of season 11, but after almost six episodes, less than 14 contestants remain. The ones to be eliminated were John Michael Sosa and Amal Bashir. The list of contestants for Big Brother Canada season 11 was announced on March 1st, 2023.
The format remains relatively similar to the previous seasons, with the contestants competing for the position of Head of Household through various challenges while also nominating house guests as the weeks proceed. Those House guests who receive the majority of votes will be evicted from Big Brother. Starting this season onwards, there will be no live streaming for Big Brother Canada. Instead, full-length episodes will be made available on its website.
Big Brother Canada Season 11 Episode 7: Recap
In the previous episodes, we see Arisa Cox starting the episode with a summary of what had happened on the show in the last few episodes, which included a new love triangle and a few new strategical plans by some of the house guests. Santina puts up Dan and Anika next to Renee. Zach also targets Renee after having a conversation with her.
After the Power of Veto ceremony, everyone was shocked to see that John Michael was the one to be voted into the eviction nominations. This causes John to hate Santina much more. Things get messy after Santina’s move because all of the house guests know John Michael is smart and could win the hefty cash prize. Anika and Terrell secretly meet up, and Anika thanks him for saving her.
Santina tries to talk to John Michael, but he outright blames her for being two-faced and says that he doesn’t trust her words anymore. He asks her what made her feel he was not to be trusted, to which Santina explains that she just wanted to get rid of him as it was a part of her strategy.
Claudia and Terrel later hang out together and hint a relationship is forming between the two. Santina comes across something called the unseen game but chooses to find out more about it later. The next day, John comes up with a plan to save himself from eviction. Daniel and Hope also seem to be on John’s side but decide to do things carefully to avoid being the next target.
