Better Things Season 5 Episode 9 will see Sam and her family taking a trip to England. Recently on the show, we saw Sam receiving her English Citizenship. Duke recorded the entire thing on her camera. Still, there was a lot of mess, as Sam had to collect passports from her daughters. Duke on her side for some reason was not ready to give it away. Then one by one Sam’s friends came over to visit. This saw her leaving the whole packing up thing aside.
Sam didn’t really enjoy the time much but the one thing that caught her eye was Frankie comforting an anxious Max. So everything was alright and the next day family got on the flight. The start of the journey was not the best either with Sam sitting beside a disrespectful man. Now we wonder how the rest of the journey would be in the next episode.

So far the official synopsis of the episode suggests we will see Sam and her family enjoying their trip to England. Anyway, things have been pretty heavy for Sam lately. She was working as a guest director for the very first time in one of the episodes. Then she also had to make sure her daughters move from their places.
Only Max from the family was a little mature. Especially when she stepped into the shoes of her mother while she was away. The biggest news to strike Sam was probably about Max’s abortion. Rich kept his promise and told her after a month when Max was not able to. We may soon see a heart-to-heart between Sam and Max.
